I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Adalberto Gonzalez and his entire team. I have a lot of anxiety and panic when it comes to hospitals and medical procedures, but the nurses and anesthesiologist were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable and helped me stay calm throughout my colonoscopy. I truly appreciate the care and compassion I received. Thank you, Dr. Gonzalez and your amazing team, for making a stressful experience so much easier for me. Highly recommend

I am a patient of doctor Daniel grobmen. He is in the pain management group at the Cleveland clinic Coral Springs office. If you are truly in pain and need quick help or relief, do not go here, go anywhere else but here. It Is absolutely impossible After you leave the office to get a message to the doctor. If you're medication needs any kind of authorization , you might as well forget about it...the office staff could care less If you drop dead they will gladly take a message that will never get returned ever in your life. I am trying extremely hard to find any other doctor so I don't need to return here ever again. Even if I don't find another doctor I won't go back here again. I would sooner recommend You go see a veterinarian than to go to this pain management group. And I truly mean this with all my heart , please listen to me do not go here.

Was easy and efficient. Had a CT scan done and we ‘double booked’ an Xray (on different body part) and I was in and out of the building in under 45 minutes. They send you emails and texts, can check in that way, but I used the kiosk just to be sure. Made my payment via kiosk and sat in lobby for less than 10 minutes. CT was quick, then on to the 2nd floor for X-ray. All good and results will pop up on the app/email thing. So far, Cleveland Clinic has been really easy and hassle free for me

Poor management and patient care. I’ve been a patient of Cleveland clinic for many years, and the last 2 years this clinic has lost sight of patient care. Canceling appointments without calling patients because the provider no longer visits this office, then rebooked with a new provider. Waited 6 months for appointment to receive a call the week before that the doctor is no longer available on the scheduled day. Rebooked now 3 months later. A total of 9 months waiting to see a cardiologist. Do better Cleveland clinic. Many others have expressed their frustrations regarding how difficult it is to get in touch with offices, make appointments and overall care.

Two times. After they send a message to you confirming your appointment the appointment was canceled and I couldn’t see the doctor. The person in the front desk at Coral Springs location is very inconsiderate and rude. I showed her the confirmation message, and she just said "it's ok"—"ok" for whom? I drove 30 minutes for nothing. This happened today, July 1st. Good doctors bad administration staff.
